| Notices |
|
All notices and other communications required to be sent by you or us will
(a) If delivered personally or by courier, shall be deemed given / served upon delivery; and
(b) If sent by registered or certified mail, be deemed given when received. Any notice or communication if sent by registered or certified mail shall be deemed to be received by the addressee after 2 (two) Business Days from dispatch
(c) If given by facsimile or e-mail the notice / communication shall be deemed to be given / served upon delivery. All communication to be given by you to the Society / Inandi shall be addressed as per the details provided hereinbelow.
