| Disclaimer of Liabilities |

You expressly agree and undertake not to hold Inandi / Society and/or any of Inandi / Society’s directors, employees, designated representative(s) liable for any losses/damages to you including but not limited to loss of reputation, loss of profits or any other consequential losses arising directly or indirectly due to either subscribing to our services, or availing our Services or consuming our products. You further understand, acknowledge and agree that you are using / availing our Services at your sole discretion and risk; and that Inandi / Society shall not be held responsible for any consequential damages / losses arising out of using our Service. You expressly agree and acknowledge that any liability whatsoever arising out of the provisioning of our services or supply of our products to you shall not exceed and be limited to the amount paid towards the products / bottles ordered by you towards which the aforesaid liability accrues. |

| Indemnification |

You shall indemnify and/or hold harmless Inandi / Society, its directors, employees and designated representative(s) against all actual claims, liabilities, expenses, costs, loss or damage of whatsoever nature, arising out of or in connection with the breach by you of the applicable laws or the breach on your part of the provisions contained herein.

| Membership Rules |
|
1. Subject to Rules 5 and 6 below, membership is open to all individuals aged 25 years or over.
2. Membership cards and membership numbers are for members' personal use only and cannot be transferred or shared.
3. Whisky / Product purchased in terms hereof is only for the personal consumption of Members and / or, their friends and family. Society products are not for retail or resale and shall not be sold to or consumed by any person below 25 years of age.
4. We shall only cause the delivery to the address as you have entered it on the order. The delivery to you shall be effected through our partner licensed retailer.
5. The Society reserves the right to refuse membership.
6. The Society reserves the right to cancel membership at any time, with or without assigning any reason.
7. It is a Member's responsibility to advise us of any change of his / her address. The Society will not be held responsible for any issues arising (directly or indirectly) from the failure of a Member to provide this information.
