1) The provisioning of Services by Inandi shall be subject to non occurrence of Force Majeure events, including but not limited to natural calamities, war, civil unrest, strikes lock-outs, acts of terror, acts of God etc.
2) This agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of understanding between Inandi and you.
3) You expressly agree that you will be bound by any variations made in these terms & conditions by Inandi, which will be notified to you in advance.
4) You shall not be entitled to cede, assign, or delegate any of your rights and obligations hereunder to any third party.
5) Inandi shall be entitled, without prior notice to you, to engage or appoint a subcontractor to perform any of its obligations in whole or in part, and to assign or delegate any or all of its rights and obligations, hereunder to a third party.
6) All communication and inquiries by you are to be addressed to the address mentioned hereinabove
7) In the event that any of the terms and conditions as contained herein are found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such terms will be severable from the remaining terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable.
