Please read these product terms and conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which The Inandi Malt Whisky Company (India) Private Limited (“Inandi”) makes the products available to you (“Product Terms”). Please read the following carefully before you complete your transaction with Inandi.

Please note that we can only deliver whisky / products within the territorial limits of National Capital Territory of Delhi. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed application form, subject to permissibility under applicable laws and regulations. It shall be your responsibility to keep us informed about any change in your address.

The delivery shall be made to you only through our partner licensed retailer. We cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect or incomplete. Please check the delivery address if you are uncertain.

If you would like your delivery on a certain date (eg. birthday or special occasion), please let us know when you place your order and we will do our best to achieve it.

We do our best to secure delivery within 14 days of the date of your order, but shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control. Please note that the delivery shall be made subject to the laws currently in force in India and the National Capital Territory of Delhi, and only through our partner licensed retailer.

The prices payable for the products that you order are clearly set out in the web site or brochure or catalogue. If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item/product, we will not be liable to cause and/or procure the supply of that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we cause the dispatch of the item / product concerned. All prices are expressed inclusive of all taxes unless otherwise stated. The price of the items is inclusive of the delivery charge.
